Safety information & instructions - GPSR

The General Product Safety Regulations are EU laws to ensure all products sold to consumers in the EU are safe. This report intends to: 

• Make customers aware of potential risks
• Provide measures to minimize these risks
• Provide clear usage instructions to reduce any foreseeable misuse
• Provide a clear communication channel by providing contact information, enabling customers to file complaints or report any safety issues if necessary
• Ensure the customer corrective actions will be taken when complaints are filed
• Show commitment to consumer safety, by enhancing product traceability as well as any potential risks posed
